In 1986 Mr. Rueger founded the member company  "Großhandel für Gebäudeausstattung", which is led as GmbH since 1990 due to the great development, in Lauenburg/Elbe. 1997 the headquarters of the company got relocated to Dersenow. The establishment in Lauenburg is still existent. Since founding the company developed a huge diversity of products with high performance and excellent quality. Due to that diversity products with highest efficient could be developed. A fast order processing and accuracy in manufacturing of anti-fatigue surfaces and entrance matting reward GfG. Our customers especially appreciate the manufacturing of special measures out of plastic or textile material.

The employees are specialists concerning entrance matting and ergonomic surfaces. They elaborate proposals and offers for an effective use of different mattings. During the first years GfG delivered the offered products of entrance surfaces and anti-fatigue matting, produced by a big American firm, customers made, too. Caused by numerous inquiries of satisfied customers, the offer of products, can be delivered, greatly expanded. From this time forward many producers‘ aluminum profile mattings among tot he big offer of this company. Sketches and offers get quickly and reliably worked out by GfG.

In 2001 GfG goes into a new era. It evolves cooperation with an English producer of mattings for, by now, unimagined possibilities of use. New markets and usage of products get opened. Thereby the attraction and reliability of GfG greatly improves.

2009 a new bureau building in Teesin-Kuhlenfeld was built and was put into operation. Due to the renaming to
GFG-Group Floor Grid GmbH the scope as producer gets clearer.
